If your product needs a cardboard box, we manufacture it. At Custom Boxes Pakistan, we produce all types of custom cardboard boxes for food packaging boxes, cosmetics, pharma, retail products, and home bakers — entirely in-house at our Lahore manufacturing facility. From offset printing and lamination to die cutting and pasting, every stage of production is completed under one roof with no outsourcing.
Our cardboard stock options range from 250gsm to 750gsm — We have a pasting machine as well, in-house. So to increase the strength, we can paste multiple sheets to increase the strength. For printing on both sides, we also recommend pasting 210 GSM sheets,, making it a 420 GSM cardboard box.
Lightweight 250gsm to 300gsm for food and retail boxes. Mid-weight 350gsm to 400gsm for cosmetics, candles, and product packaging. Heavy 500gsm to 750gsm for premium retail boxes, display packaging, and products that need a rigid, substantial feel without moving to full greyboard construction. If your requirement sits outside these weights, we can source and manufacture to your specification.
Every custom cardboard box we produce goes through a complete
in-house production process at our Lahore facility:
Offset printing — your artwork is printed on our offset press
for sharp, accurate colour presentation. Offset printing produces significantly better colour accuracy and consistency than digital printing
on cardboard, particularly on large print runs where colour consistency across every box matters and is cost-effective as well. We have offset printing machine with open size of 12 x 19 Inch for smaller size prints and 29 x 40 Inch for larger size prints.
Premium finishing — matte lamination, gloss lamination, soft-touch, spot UV, hot foil stamping in gold or silver, embossing, and debossing are all applied in-house after printing. Finishing options can be combined as well as per your requirements.
Die cutting — every custom cardboard box is die cut to its exact dimensions and fold lines using precision cutting dies manufactured to your box specification. Die cutting is done on our in-house machinery, ensuring clean, accurate cuts on every piece regardless of box complexity or stock weight.
Pasting and assembly — where boxes require gluing or pasting as part of their construction, this is done by our expert production team. Straight-line gluing, crash-lock bases, and multi-panel constructions are all handled internally with quality checks at every stage.
This end-to-end in-house process is what allows us to maintain international standard quality control on every order — from a 500-unit run of cupcake boxes to a large production batch of retail product packaging.
We can have a maximum printing size of 29 x 40 inches with our german heidleberg machine. If you have a requirement for larger print, we can achieve it via pasting as well.
To achieve this, we require a minimum GSM of 420 GSM. We do single-sided print on 210 GSM Cardboard and then paste it via our pasting machine, so both sides of printing are offset, and the finished look is premium.
The maximum GSM could be near 750 GSM. We achieve it via pasting multiple cardboard sheets with a pasting machine. If you require more strength than this, then it comes under the rigid boxes requirement, As rigid boxes start from 1000 GSM.
Our minimum order quantity for custom cardboard boxes is 500 units per box style, size, and design. This applies across all cardboard box types — tuck boxes, bakery boxes, retail boxes, medicine boxes, and custom die-cut boxes.
