food packaging boxes are manufactured on food-grade coated cardboard material that is safe for direct contact. Printing and lamination is applied to the outer surface only — the inner surface that comes into direct contact with your donuts is uncoated food-grade board with no inks or chemicals touching the product. If you require inside print as well, we do a food-grade lamination on the inside of the box as well, so it becomes food-grade and also grease-resistant, For donut varieties with high glaze, sugar syrup, or filled cream content where oil and moisture transfer is a concern, this grease proof laminaton helps — preventing oil or moisture from soaking through the board and compromising the box structure or outer print during transit or display. Inside lamination is available at additional cost on request and is recommended for heavily glazed or cream-filled donut varieties. For standard donuts you can avoid inside lamination cost in custom donut boxes.

Our most popular donut box sizes are the 1-count, 6-count, and 12-count — covering the most common donut serving configurations in Pakistan. Our custom donut boxes are available with a clear PVC window cut-out on the top lid of the box, allowing the donuts to be fully visible from above without opening the box. The window is pre-fitted when the boxes leave our Lahore facility — you receive flat-packed donut boxes with the window already in place, ready to fold and fill with no additional fitting or assembly required at your end.
